As Senior Programming Manger/Editor at AOL Music I managed and launched a special feature called Member Picks. This feature was entirely member driven and was very popular. Members would nominate their favorite song in a particular theme such as Breakup Songs (below), Holiday Songs, Terrible Tunes, Summer Songs, Workout Songs and many more. I would pick the top 10 nominations by the numbers they received and then the members would voe for the all-time top 10 song. Members loved this feature because they decided the content and the outcome and it sparked heated debates.
